My further education
As a specialist lawyer for employment law, it goes without saying that I am continuously training myself. Since I have been working regularly as an employment law consultant, the Munich Bar Association has waived the requirement to submit proof of 15 hours of further training per year in accordance with § 15 FAO.
As a speaker, I always prepare employment law topics taking into account current case law and ensure that my seminar content is always up to date.
I also regularly follow employment law news here:
LTO - Legal Tribune Online (online legal magazine)
Arbeit und Arbeitsrecht (employment law journal)
Bund-Verlag (trade journal for labor and social law)
MAV Mitteilungen (professional journal of the Munich Bar Association)
Anwaltsblatt (German Lawyers' Journal)
In addition, I use the following for my training and research
Beck-Online (specialized legal database)
Center for Labor Relations and Employment Law (employment law library)
I have also recently taken part in the following training courses.
Workshop “Interaction and activity in online seminars” - September 2024
Instructor training on group work and difficult situations - May 2024
The application forms for GV enforcement and Pfüb - February 2024
Workshop “Input and practical exchange on current legal topics: Current case law and new laws” - January 2024
ZAAR Congress “The implementation of the Whistleblowing Directive through the Whistleblower Protection Act” - May 2023
